Case Study 02

Transforming Learning into a Product Organization

Reimagining enterprise education as a scalable, Agile product — ready on Day 1.

Transforming Learning into a Product Organization

Traditional learning operations could not support enterprise transformation at scale. The ask was to have traditional classroom training for over 1,000 employees at launch, taught by 6 in-classroom trainers.

The challenge was to transform education from instructor-led training into an Agile team — developing self-directed learning, partnering with engineering, analysts, release managers, architects, and product to design and deliver pre-programmed training modules, practice simulations, and tests on Day 1 of the new product launch.

Redesigned operating models, implemented Agile delivery, modernized intake, introduced governance, and built scalable learning systems.
