Meet Beth

I’m a Learning & Development Leader and Instructional Designer with over 10 years of experience. I am a graduate of Boise State University’s Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL).

I have a proven track record of creating unique performance improvement interventions and customized training. My experience is multi-faceted and ranges from manufacturing to healthcare. I have extensive experience facilitating 1:1 instruction to meetings of 1,000+, designing instruction, formulating process improvements, and creating customized interventions.

I have a passion for self-directed learning and self-efficacy through a growth mindset. Creating valuable and effective self-guided learning experiences is so much more than creating eLearning – it involves getting to know your learners and their motivations, the organization, and the shared goals between the two to find the synergy to get your employees performing to their best potential!

I’m an avid yogi, history buff, sci-fi fanatic, and burgeoning VR gamer/maker. Other research interests of mine include machine learning, AR/VR applications in learning and workplace performance, and accountability in workplace performance.
